TRANSITION THEORY

Theory and practice with a solid foundation

Since 1989, our work at AS3 has been based on transition theory, which focuses on the process of mental adaptation that people experience when we face changes in our daily lives.

A transition is the internal, mental change process that is triggered by an external event or change. The transition has a progression, regardless of whether the change is voluntary or involuntary, positive or negative and it will proceed, regardless of the person's resistance or motivation towards the change, and of whether or not the person is aware of his or her transition.

The AS3 Group is headed by Allan Gross-Nielsen as CEO, together with a management team from the Group's business units.
